Freedom camping permitted in both self-contained and non-self-contained vehicles only. Camping in tents is not permitted. Obey all signage on site and ensure you are parked in the designated area for your vehicle type. You may stay up to seven days in any 30-day period. Facilities include toilets, drinking water, picnic tables, rubbish bins, playground, sink for washing dishes and a dump point. Place all rubbish in the bins provided and leave no trace. Keep New Zealand clean. Always use the toilet in your vehicle or a public toilet. Dogs must be on a leash in the freedom camping area.
