This paid campground offers 4 non-powered tent sites. Toilets and non-treated water available. **Dogs allowed with a DOC permit only.** Contact the relevant DOC office to obtain a permit. Directions: Turn off Queen Charlotte Drive into Kenepuru Rd, then turn into Moetapu Bay Rd and walk the last 200 m down the hill to the campsite. Adult (18+ years): $8 per night Child (5 - 17 years): $4 per night Infant (0 - 4 years): free Pay cash on arrival at the self-registration stand at the campsite. Bookings not required - first come, first served. The DOC Campsite Pass can be used at this campsite. Backcountry Hut Passes cannot be used at this campsite. Beware: Flooding possible during king tides.
