Description

This is a basic four-bunk hut in the Aoraki/Mount Cook area. Fees apply. Bookings not required - first come, first served. Facilities include lighting, mattresses, non-flush toilets and water (not treated - boil before use). This hut is owned and maintained by the South Canterbury branch of New Zealand Deerstalkers' Association. A recommended donation of $5 per person per night can be made at the hut or through the NZDA, South Canterbury Branch. Donations assist NZDA with the costs of maintaining this hut.
