Description

Scrubby Hut is remote and located approximately 35 km from the HW6 turn off. The hut sleeps 4. High Clearance 4-wheel drive with experienced operator for off road conditions is necessary. Road not suitable for rental vehicles. As the back Country huts are in a high rainfall area, access will always be subject to weather conditions. Guided fishing and or driving can be arranged for this experience. This hut offers the ultimate base for your fishing and hiking expeditions on the Hunter River. Linen or gas is not supplied at any of the back country huts. Firearms are NOT permitted. Dogs are NOT permitted. No open air fires are permitted due to fire risk. Check access: only open between 1st of December and 31 May. Closed for winter months.
