Freedom camping permitted in CERTIFIED SELF-CONTAINED VEHICLES ONLY. Vehicle numbers are limited to six.
You may stay a maximum of two consecutive nights in any four week period.
Double Bay Reserve is located in Double Bay in the Mahau Sound. It is located adjacent to and to the north of Moetapu Bay Road at Double Bay.
Freedom Camping is restricted in all parts of the Double Bay Reserve.
Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace.
Keep New Zealand clean. Always use the toilet in your vehicle or a public toilet.
