Freedom camping permitted in CERTIFIED SELF-CONTAINED VEHICLES ONLY. Vehicle numbers are limited to four.
You may stay a maximum of two consecutive nights in any four week period.
Ohingaroa Reserve is located in Ohingaroa Bay in the Mahau Sound. It is located adjacent to and
to the north of Kenepuru Road.
Freedom Camping is restricted in all parts of the Ohingaroa Bay Reserve.
Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace.
Keep New Zealand clean. Always use the toilet in your vehicle or a public toilet.
