Description
Enjoy spectacular views of Banks Peninsula from the Mount Herbert/Te Ahu Patiki summit. The track starts from the Te Waipapa/Diamond Harbour wharf, however you can cut 30 minutes of off your walking time by starting here at Bayview Road.
7.5 km return via same track.
6 - 8 hr return.
NOTE: Parts of the track are closed for lambing from August to October or during times of fire risk.
No dogs.
